Aaaadriaaaaan!!!

I was planning on leaving early this morning for the store and school, but while eating breakfast and flipping through the channels to find my dose of morning sports highlights from last night, I came across Rocky 5 playing on A & E, so couldn’t help, but to sit back and watch.
Growing up, the Rocky movies were always a favourite. (So were the Rambo’s and Terminators). I think Rocky was one of those movies that all desi’s loved. I still remember sitting around with my dad and uncles watching Rocky, and I knew half of them couldn’t understand a word that was being said, but they still loved watching the man fight, and wouldn’t hesitate to add to their own custom soundtrack with “Hii”, “Ohhh”, “Oh Dekh”, “Oh Mariya”, “Dekhiiiiii”.
Anyways I remember hearing a year ago, about rumours of a Rocky 6, with Rocky’s son or him coming back. So I google’d it and truth be told production on Rocky 6 just got started a little while ago. (I also managed to find the script and screen play to it).
Now Rocky 5 was crucified by the critics as an un-necessary sequel, although I didn’t think it was all that bad. So I wonder if Rocky 6 will be any good (after all its been 30 years since the original Rocky) , or will it end up being a desperate attempt by Stallone to rake in some money and revive his acting career.
I guess we have to wait until 2007 before we find out, let’s just hope he doesn’t mess this up, but until then I can’t help but look forward to it.

let me guess, u were ABOUT to go to skool but instead watched rocky V and forgot about skool and soon after wrote this post. m i correct? hopefully i m n ill see u at humber nxt yr.
Can there even been someone less inclined to go to lectures than I was?

i personally think he shouldn’t be the one to make the comeback….just train someone else….it won’t be the same….he looks too old

Man Rocky 6 sucked more balls then Lance Bass from backstreet boys. There wasnt even a bad guy in the movie. Ther was a sad attempt to make Tarver look somewhat like the villan but it did not work at all. And the hole premise of it being based on some simulated video game. Man that was just stupid. I like the way the the fight scene was shot. With all the real announcers and Larry Merchant rippin up rocky with the ‘no fear’ attitude he has in real life.
But other then that this movie failed. I give it more F’s then Shindas highschool report card. The hole theatre was full of ginos and not even they could really get pumped up about it. They needed like Tyson as the bad guy, maybe the story could have been 2 out of their prime fighters squaring off. Now that would have been an ill movie. Tyson could have threatened his family and been really pumped up as the villan. Maybe even literally eat one of his children. There was no real animosity between Rocky and Tarver in the movie. Man no more analysis needed this movie sucked. And to the guy who posted on march 16th about stalone looking too old, mann u were right. Another decent plot could have been stalone taking an active training/coach role..could have started a hole new rocky jr series from that. With the jr rocky fighting al qaeda guys or some **** in kandahar.
