If (St) Patrick was such a saint, then why does everyone get mashed on his day?

you dont seem to have read the biography of saint patrick. People say that he had so much bhagtee in him that he would give off this sort of “aura” that would just make the people around him feel really happy and they all started laughing. WHen people saw this they thought the people that got “high” off saint patrick were actaully just drunk. So to commemorate the life of saint patrick people just started geting mashed

Yea, but Vaisakhi has cultural roots still, so its not a religious holiday for everyone.
