Feeling a little stressed? Maybe even crazy?

Are these images moving or still??

image003.gifimage002.gifimage001.gif
One teacher said, “I felt like they were all moving…but slowly. Kind of like, they were breathing.”

The pictures attached are used to test the level of stress a person can handle.

The slower the pictures move, the better your ability of handling stress.

Alleged criminals that were tested see them spinning around madly; however, senior citizens and kids see them standing still.

None of these images are animated - they are perfectly still…

They’re definately more than just breathing to me. Maybe you should tell how exactly they relate to a persons stress level, I would like to know.

Aren’t these images just like those other images like “is it a vase or two faces?” or “is it the side of old lady’s face or a young girl?”

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh

They seem to work as I see them spinning around madly. Must be something to do with the report I have to hand in by tomorrow.

A few facts:
- men have weaker immune systems but are less susceptible to lupus and ms than women
- in response to stress, stress hormones enter the bloodstream from sympathetic nerve endings
- the alarm reaction is to increased heart rate as resistance is to outpouring of hormones
- The level of stress people experience primarily depends on how they appraise the events in their life
- psychophysiological illnesses are genuine illnesses that are caused by stress, literally a mind body illness related to stress

Whatever was in the forward I put here, so I dont know why this works or what causes you to make the images move.

My theory is that the more nervous / stressed you are the more your eyes wander which causes the wave effect.

Focus on a single point and that should cut down on the motion. The more relaxed you are the more your eye rests at a single spot.

Scientifically speaking Shinda, when your body is stressed, the symptathetic nervous system increases heart rate, breathing rate and whatever. The effect on the eyes = dilation of pupils. However, when you are relaxed, the eyes do just the opposite.
