A lot of people have been hating on Bargnani without ever really seeing him play or seeing exactly what he’s capable of it. Most people are on the Aldridge, Gay bandwagon simply because they’ve seen them play throughout the last NCAA season, but then again how many of us ever really get a chance to watch the Euro league.
Colangelo was saying that we’ll be seeing a lot more players coming out of Europe in the near future simply because, the level of competition there although not NBA, surpasses that of College ball, in other words the the best Euro player is better then the best NCAA player. It’s impossible to weight in on this just yet, but so far the success of Euro players in the leauge seems to speak for itself. Anyways here are some more videos of Andre Bargnani that were posted on YouTube, although I’m in no place to judge whether or not he’ll live up the hype, you got to believe that Colangelo knows what he’s talking about, the Phoenix Suns are a living testament to that.

i cant wait til we get bargani.. hes gonna make us a title contender for years. people undervalue his defence but hes really quick on his feet so he draws lots of charges and keeps u infront of him.
how can anyone stop a front line of bosh, villi, and bargani. quickest front line i nthe league. other teams will be in the penalty all game. even if they arent bulky, there quikness and able to shift over to help on D will make up for it, and there offence and ability to draw fouls fro mthere quikness will be a big benefit. imagine ben wallace having to guard the 3 point line, it will render him useless

Wrong and wrong. Just because a player is quick up and down the court, does not mean he has lateral quickness. Villa is a crappy defender. Especially at SF. Bargnani will be a crappy defender. Mark my words. Offensively they’ll be good. At the end of the day, those 3 players do not compliment each other. All 3 of them need the ball in their hands to be most effective. That’s what will hurt them.
Who needs defense when you got Offense..

at the begginning of the year for Bargnani. He had a ver sloww start!. but noww he is getting more confident. and his three point shooting is like the best.! Bryan Colangelo is a very good General Manager for the Toronto Raptors. And yeah I LOVE RAPTORS !
